To wrap things up cleanly, lets say the beer did not turn out great, the cribbage boards were pretty self explanatory and I got to use my wood burning skills.
The swim wraps I loved and after lots and lots and LOTS of trial and error came up with an awesome method that took all of 5 minutes for each one.
I won't get into that now, mainly because I need to illustrate with pictures, which I forgot to take, so until I make another one, it'll have to wait.

As for the hand towels, I love them, they are cute, functional and just sentimental enough that they make me happy, not sad.
I followed this tutorial to a T (and fell in love with Spoonflower) and it worked great.

I will say that after the initial washing there was quite a bit of fading on my fabric. Nothing to get worked up about but definitely keep it in mind if you have light images, you might want to darken them.
So yeah, that was my Craft-errific Christmas!
